OBK Wine Tasting Class

(Skip to the next paragraph if you already know). For those who do not know the organization Our Brothers' Keeper Foundation(OBKF): it is a grassroots organization originating and operating in the capital district of New York. The Organization operates to provide funding to other organizations in the capital district dedicated to assisting individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS.

The Wine Tasting Class was hosted within The Ginger Man, It was a great venue to have it in. The Wine Connoisseur was very informative and educational, Who knew there was so much detail and design put into the making of wine? Between two whites and two reds, there was a vast amount of history and flavor within each of the Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Did you know that although most wines are created from grapes, that the soil that are grown in are sometimes shared with other species and can influence the taste of the wine to have a more apple, or fruitier taste? Here are pictures of the event! Tonight OBKF Donated money towards The Unity House to help them with any unexpected expenses their normal expenses won't cover. The Ginger Man also hosts other Wine Classes so be sure to get in on this! Be sure to Follow OBKF for other events that are happening every month in and around the Capital District!
