The day couldn't have been more full of activity than this wedding, people were all excited to see the Bride in her full get up before the ceremony. We were trying to get people away from the hotel door all morning while taking tons of Getting Ready Photos and details. When it came to the first look,  Sean was excited, he couldn't wait to see her, in her dress, all made up. Nichole couldn't wait to see him, his beaming smile and his infectious laugh. They loved each other for years already, you could tell by the way the joked with each other, by the way they laughed with and at each other, and by the way they both go into full damage control mode when things didn't seem to go as expected. They can do anything together, I know this for a fact, because I've seen these two go to it. Check out the day with them!

Angela and Steve are getting Married soon! These two are super easy going and they play off each other so adorably. Him with his witty and charming charisma and her with her sweet and down to earth nature, we had so much fun. We went through a stroll through the park and to the State Capitol Park and they just couldn't keep their hands to themselves! They were attempting to dip, So it was only natural for me to teach them a proper dip from my Ballroom Dancing Days, Check out how they did!

If anyone knows me, they would know that I love a good adventure. I got to shoot an Engagement for Sofia and Brad in NYC! Although it isn't quite an adventure for me since its somewhere I'm familiar with, it was an adventure filled with lots of laughs, lots of flirting and lots of walking. Neither I or Sofia and Brad are unfamiliar with NYC so I wanted to create photos that captures their personalities, their relationship with each other, and the place where they live and love. Same-Sex marriage is no different, in fact, its just a Marriage. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, lets talk about new traditions that are coming into light now that everyone wants to have their own wedding. 

The Wedding day goes by real fast. If you haven't already heard this, you will eventually hear this for the 11th-teenth time, yes I know that isn't an actual word but you get the point.

There is a ton of truth to this and thinking about your wedding day timeline is as important as picking out your venue and picking out your photographer! I will take you through a typical Wedding Day Timeline with Jay Zhang Photography to help the newly engaged couples plan out their day with their photographer. 

When it came time to do engagement photos of just them, I could tell that they have so much fun with each other all the time. No matter how rough the days go, I can tell that at some point, someones going to make a silly face so silly, that it'll make the other laugh at how ridiculous it is.
